1. Exchange Policy
You have 2 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.
Exchanges are valid only if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only for confirmed damaged or defective products after inspection.
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your item to initiate a refund request.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Customized or personalized products
Personal care items such as cosmetics
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
4. Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you find your product defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away to resolve the issue.
