EXCHANGE POLICY
Any product bought from the Al Hijaz Fragrances online store can only be exchanged through our Online Store, provided it is unused and retains its original labels and tags. We do not offer exchanges unless we have delivered an incorrect item or the product is faulty. This exchange policy applies only to local (Pakistan-based) orders.
i. For international orders, exchanges are only entertained in cases where we have delivered the wrong product or the item is defective.
ii. For items on sale, exchanges are not applicable unless an incorrect item is delivered.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 working days of receiving the product. All courier charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Al Hijaz Fragrances does not offer exchanges or refunds once an order has been processed. However, if you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, you are eligible for an exchange. In such cases, please contact our customer service by:

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, if the order has already been shipped, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent via email. Once the order is dispatched, our standard exchange policy applies.
Al Hijaz Fragrances reserves the right to cancel orders due to the following reasons:
The item is out of stock
Pricing or listing errors
Payment declined by your bank or payment provider
